| Abstract: | Článek představuje prozkoumání možností využití třetího prostorového rozměru v oblasti územního plánování v České republice. V tomto článku je řešen systém územního plánování, jeho legislativní rámec s ohledem na následné využití pro modelování ve třetí prostorové dimenzi. Autoři diskutují zjištěné problémy pro zvolené dokumentace v rámci hodnocení s ohledem na kvalitu, přesnost a další aspekty dat. Vybírají vhodnou úroveň, která má smysl s ohledem na využití pro modelování. Naznačují na příkladech směry a možnosti, kterými by se ve zvolené dokumentaci mohlo třetího prostorového aspektu využít. Předpokladem je využití třetí prostorové dimenze pro potřeby zpracovatelů, pořizovatelů a prezentace či participace pro potřeby veřejnosti v oblasti územního plánování. Hlavním zjištěním článku je pozitivní vývoj směrem k možnosti využití třetího rozměru pro různorodé potřeby územního plánování v podrobnějších dokumentacích. Zároveň není stále vyřešen zdroj kvalitních dat, problematika standardizace, či závaznost zmíněných řešení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The article presents an examination of the possibilities of using the third spatial dimension in the area of spatial planning in the Czech Republic. This article deals with the spatial planning system, its legislative framework with regard to subsequent use for modeling in the third spatial dimension. The authors discuss the identified problems for the selected documents in the framework of the evaluation with regard to the quality, accuracy and other aspects of the data. They choose an appropriate level that makes sense for the modeling use. Using examples, they indicate the directions and possibilities by which the third spatial aspect could be used in the selected documentation. The prerequisite is the use of the third spatial dimension for the needs of processors, acquirers and presentations or participation for the needs of the public in the area of spatial planning. The main finding of the article is a positive development towards the possibility of using the third dimension for various needs of spatial planning in more detailed documentation. At the same time, the source of quality data, the issue of standardization, or the binding nature of the mentioned solutions are still not resolved. |
