| Abstract: | V práci je provedena analýza typických konstrukčních řešení rámů velkých tvářecích strojů pro volné kování. Jedná se především o hydraulické lisy s označením CKV, CKW a CKZ o velikosti nad 50 MN. Na základě této analýzy byl vytvořen rámec informací o těchto tvářecích strojích s cílem popsat specifika konstruování velkých hydraulických lisů pro volné kování. V práci jsou dále představeny konkrétní projekty, při nichž bylo využito optimalizačních postupů, které byly ověřovány pomocí virtuálního měření. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny obecné závěry týkající se specifik konstruování velkých hydraulických lisů pro volné kování. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis analyse typical design of the frame of forming machines for free forging. These are primarily hydraulic presses size up to 50 MN marked CKV, CKW and CKZ. Based on this analysis is created a knowledge framework about these forming machines to describe the specifics of the design of large hydraulic presses for free forging. The thesis also presents concrete projects using optimization procedures that have been verified using virtual measurements. At the end of the thesis are given general conclusions regarding the specifics of designs of large hydraulic presses for free forging. |
