Abstract in different language: The subject of the presented paper is research on possibilities of using of oil spray cooling for small traction motors. This paper is dealing with the measurement and evaluation of the type and ideal oil pressure to get the highest heat transfer coefficient. The application of the testing bench is then usable with small design changes for the small traction motor. The power range of the electric motor, where the tested impingement jet cooling could be used, is 5-10kW.
