| Abstract: | Náklady na exekuci jsou ve společnosti velmi diskutovaným tématem. Tato skutečnost se na jednu stranu jeví jako logický důsledek „nepříjemnosti“ exekučního řízení pro povinného či oprávněného, který v některých případech nejen neuspokojí svou pohledávku, ale také zaplatí náklady exekučního řízení. Náklady exekučního řízení by měly umožnit exekutorovi výkon jeho činnosti. Jak se v současnosti upravují náklady exekuce, je podrobně popsáno v článku níže. Popisuje jak vývoj, tak aktuální nastavení odměny exekutora, náhrady hotových výdajů a také zhodnocení aktuální situace s ohledem na rozhodovací praxi soudů. |
| Abstract in different language: | Execution costs are a much-discussed topic in society. On the one hand, this fact appears to be a logical consequence of the "inconvenience" of execution proceedings for the obligee or entitled party, who in some cases not only do not satisfy their claim, but also pay the costs of execution proceedings. The costs of execution proceedings should enable the executor to carry out his activities. How execution costs are adjusted at present is covered in detail in the article below.It describes both the genesis and the current setting of the executor's remuneration, reimbursement of finished expenses, as well as an evaluation of the current situation with regard to the decision-making practice of the courts. |
