| Abstract: | Souhrnně jsou uvedeny fyziologické základy hydratace epidermis, především stratum cor neum. Kromě tuků (ceramidy, fosfolipidy) je probrána úloha NMF, filaggrinu, keratinu hyaluronové kyseliny a uložení vody v epidermis. Rovněž jsou zmíněny změny za některých patologických stavů (atopie, psoriasis). Uveden je přehled přístrojů k měření hydratace, včetně standardizace a dyna mických testů. Příspěvkem k problematice je vyvinutí cenově dostupné sondy a přístroje i s možností telemetrického přenosu změřených dat a první zkušenosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | Skin hydration and measuring instruments. The physiological basis of epidermal hydra tion, especially the stratum corneum, is summarized. In addition to fats (ceramids, phospholipids), the role of NMF, filaggrin, keratin, hyaluronic acid and water storage in the epidermis is discussed. Changes in some pathological conditions (atopy, psoriasis) are also mentioned. An overview of instruments for measuring hydration, including standardization and dynamic tests. A contribution to the issue is the deve lopment of an affordable probe and instrument with the possibility of telemetric transmission of measured data and the first experience. |
