Abstract:	Článek se zaměřuje na pojem cenné papíry po rekodifikaci soukromého práva se zaměřením na základní pojmové znaky cenných papírů, kterými jsou samotná příslušná listina a inkorporace práva. Článek se nejprve zabývá teoretickým vymezením cenných papírů, následně vymezením cenných papírů v současné právní úpravě a následně jsou tyto dvě definice konfrontovány s důrazem na tyto dva základní rysy.
Abstract in different language:	The article focuses on the concept of securities after the recodification of private law with a focus on the basic conceptual features of securities, which are the relevant instrument itself (the tangible substrate, the medium) and an incorporation of the right. The article, firstly deals with the theoretical definition of securities, followed by the definition of securities in the current legislation, and then these two definitions are confronted with an emphasis on these two basic features.
