dc.description.abstractCílem této práce je analyzovat prostředí vybrané organizace pomocí metod a postupů strategické analýzy a navrhnout opatření, která budou pro společnost přínosná. Na začátku práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a metody aplikované v praktické části, jmenovitě PEST analýza a Porterův model pěti sil, použité pro analýzu externího prostředí společnosti. Dále je použita finanční analýza pro získání informací týkajících se vnitřního prostředí a SWOT analýza, pomocí které shrneme všechny poznatky do jednoho celku. Na konci praktické části jsou shrnuty výsledky našeho bádaní a závěrem práce je zhodnocení současné situace, společně s návrhy příslušných opatření vhodných pro budoucí vývoj společnosti.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis aims to analyze the environment of the selected organization using methods and procedures of strategic analysis and to propose measures that will be beneficial for the company. At the beginning of the thesis, the basic concepts and methods applied in the practical part, namely PEST analysis and Porter's five forces model used for the analysis of the external environment of the company are explained. Followed by financial analysis used to obtain information regarding the internal environment and SWOT analysis that was used to summarize all the findings into one whole. At the end of the practical part, the results of our research are summarized and the thesis concludes with an assessment of the current situation, collectively with suggestions for appropriate measures for the future development of the company.en
