| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena analýzu manažerských činností při pořádání sportovní akce L'Etape Czech Republic by Tour de France. Úvod práce byl věnován vymezení základním pojmům souvisejícími s danou tématikou a charakteristikou organizace pořádající akci L'Etape Czech Republic včetně popisu samotné akce. Následně je autorem provedena analýza manažerských funkcí, které jsou v klubu vykonávány. Poté jsou autorem analyzovány vnitřní a vnější faktory ovlivňující projekt a z této analýzy je zpracována SWOT analýza. Ze zpracované SWOT analýzy jsou vyvozeny jednotlivé strategie a navrženy postupy pro odstranění problémů a zlepšení působení projektu. Autorem bylo zjištěno, že uvnitř personálního řízení projektu nedochází k dostatečnému osobnímu hodnocení a zpětné vazbě vůči zaměstnancům. Další problém je spojen s nízkou účastí ženského pohlaví, kterým se již organizátoři zabývají, ale zatím ne zcela úspěšně. Proto byla navrhnuta opatření, která by měla tyto nedostatky eliminovat. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of managerial activities during the organization of the sport event L'Etape Czech Republic by Tour de France. The introduction of the thesis was devoted to the definition of the basic concepts related to the topic and the characteristics of the organization organizing the event L'Etape Czech Republic, including a description of the event itself. Subsequently, the author analyses the managerial functions performed in the club. Then the author analyses the internal and external factors influencing the project and from this analysis a SWOT analysis is prepared. From the prepared SWOT analysis, different strategies are derived and procedures are suggested to eliminate the problems and improve the operation of the project. The author found that there is not enough personal evaluation and feedback to the employees within the project's personnel management. Another problem is related to the low participation of the female gender, which has been addressed by the organisers but not yet successfully. Measures have therefore been proposed to address these shortcomings. |
