dc.description.abstract	Tématem diplomové práce je výkon rozhodnutí o péči o nezletilé děti. Cílem práce je se zaměřit na problematiku výkonu rozhodnutí a popsat možnosti jeho provedení. Práce kvůli přehlednosti je členěna do 6 zásadních kapitol. První kapitola představuje základní pojmy, které v rámci problematiky této práce zaujímají významnou roli. Druhá kapitola je zacílena na zásady úzce související s výkonem rozhodnutí o péči o nezletilé děti. Třetí kapitola pojednává o styku rodiče s dítětem, vzhledem k tomu že styk rodiče a dítěte je v rámci výkonu rozhodnutí výrazně ovlivněn. Předmětem čtvrté kapitoly je samotný výkon rozhodnutí a jeho procesní aspekty. V páté kapitole je pozornost věnována samotným prostředkům, kterými je možné výkon rozhodnutí realizovat. Na závěr v poslední kapitole je specifičtěji přiblížen jeden z prostředků výkonu rozhodnutí, kterým je mediace.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the thesis is the enforcement of custody decisions for minors. The aim of the thesis is to focus on the issue of enforcement of the decision and to describe the possibilities of its implementation. For the sake of clarity, the thesis is divided into 6 main chapters. The first chapter introduces the basic concepts that occupy an important role within the issues of this thesis. The second chapter focuses on the principles closely related to the enforcement of decisions on the care of minor children. The third chapter deals with parent-child contact, given that parent-child contact is significantly affected in the context of enforcement. The subject of the fourth chapter is the enforcement itself and its procedural aspects. Chapter 5 focuses on the actual means by which enforcement can be carried out. Finally, in the last chapter, one of the means of enforcement, mediation, is discussed in more detail.	en
