| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá pojmem osoba blízká z pohledu občanského práva. První kapitola se věnuje pojmu osoby blízké v historickém kontextu. Druhá kapitola popisuje osoby blízké bez dalšího. Třetí kapitola vymezuje osoby v poměru rodinném či obdobném, osoby sešvagřené a osoby spolu trvale žijící. Čtvrtá kapitola analyzuje, kdy může být právnická osoba v postavení osoby blízké. V páté kapitole je věnována pozornost osobě blízké a relativní neúčinnosti. Šestá kapitola uvádí ustanovení z občanského zákoníku, v rámci kterých se lze setkat s pojmem osoby blízké. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the concept of a close person from the point of view of the civil law. The first chapter deals with the concept of a close person in a historical context. The second chapter describes close persons, who are considered as close persons regardless of their actual emotional attachment. The third chapter defines persons in a family or similar relationship, persons who are brothers-in-law and persons living together permanently. The fourth chapter analyzes when a legal person can be a close person. In the fifth chapter, attention is paid to the close person and relative ineffectiveness. The sixth chapter describes other institutes which are related to the concept of close person. |
