| Abstract: | Diplomová práce Korupce ve sportu se zabývá problematikou korupčních jednání ve sportu. Tato práce vymezuje korupci z trestněprávního hlediska v souvislosti se sportovním prostředím a dále popisuje korupci z hlediska jednotlivých trestných činů, které korupce subsumuje. V samotné práci pak byla věnována pozornost problematice korupce, jakožto jednotlivým korupčním kauzám, které výrazně ovlivnily dění ve sportu, jak v ČR, tak i ve světě. Na závěr jsou uvedené výstupy a shrnutí celé práce s úvahou nad možnou změnou právní úpravy korupce ve sportu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis Corruption in Sport deals with the issue of corrupt practices in sport. This thesis defines corruption from a criminal law point of view in the context of the sports environment and further describes corruption in terms of the individual crimes that corruption subsumes. The thesis itself then focuses on the issue of corruption as individual corruption cases that have significantly influenced events in sport, both in the Czech Republic and worldwide. At the end are presented the outputs and a summary of the whole thesis with a reflection on possible changes in the legal regulation of corruption in sport. |
