| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analýza a detailní deskripce právní úpravy místního referenda, potažmo ve stručnější formě analýza a popis právní úpravy krajského referenda pro účely komparace rozdílností. Téma místní referendum je zasazené do obecného a historického kontextu za účelem uceleného pojetí pojmu referendum na území České republiky. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních kapitol, kdeže poslední z nich je kapitola o místním referendu, a ta je meritem celé práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main goal of this diploma thesis is an analysis and detailed description of a local referendum in terms of legal regulation, followed in a more concise form analysis and description of a regional referendum in terms of legal regulation for the purpose of comparing differences. The topic of a local referendum is placed in a a general and historical context for the purpose of a comprehensive concept approach in the territory of the Czech republic. The diploma thesis is divided into four main chapters whereas the last chapter on the local referendum is the merit of the entire thesis. |
