| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku online obchodování a ochrany spotřebitele. V první části zkoumá legislativu v oblasti online obchodování na vnitrostátní i evropské úrovni. Dále se konkrétněji věnuje specifikám ochrany spotřebitele v online obchodování. Následující část popisuje konkrétní prostředky ochrany spotřebitele. V závěru se pak autor věnuje tématu nekalých obchodních praktik a nekalé soutěže. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis focuses on the issue of e-commerce and consumer protection. In the first part it examines the legislation in the field of e-commerce at both national and European level. It also focuses more specifically on the specifics of consumer protection in e-commerce. The following section describes specific means of consumer protection. At the end, the author discusses the topic of unfair commercial practices and unfair competition. |
