| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zejména informační povinností, kterou zákon ukládá podnikatelům, kteří provozují internetové obchody, dále obchodními podmínkami, zásadami zpracování osobních údajů a mimosoudním řešením spotřebitelských sporů. Praktická část je pak zaměřena na porovnávání dodržování informační povinnosti vybraných internetových obchodů a na shrnutí, co je těmito internetovými obchody nejčastěji zanedbáváno. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals in particular with the information duty imposed by law on business owners who operate online businessses, as well as with commercial terms and conditions, principles of private data processing and out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. The practical part of the thesis is focused on analysing compli-ance with the laws in selected online businesses and summarizes the most neglected duties. |
