| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku kryptoměn zejména v odvětví českého účetnictví a daních v České republice. Cílem práce je komparace požadavků na právní předpisy na evidenci, výkaznictví a zdanění kryptoměn. V první části práce je provedena charakteristika kryptoměn a deskripce příslušných účetních výkazů a daní. Druhá část práce aplikuje poznatky z první části na modelové příklady na těžbu, držení, prodej, nákup a směnu kryptoměny prováděné fyzickou osobou nepodnikající, fyzickou osobou podnikající a právnickou osobou. Závěr práce zhodnocuje komparaci a analýzu jednotlivých ekonomických subjektů nakládající s kryptoměnami. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of cryptocurrencies, especially in the Czech accounting systém and tax sector in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to compare the requirements for legal regulations on records, reporting and taxation of cryptocurrencies. The first part of the work describes characteristics of cryptocurrencies and relevant accounting statements and taxes. The second part of the thesis applies the knowledge from the first part to model examples of mining, holding, selling, buying and exchanging cryptocurrency performed by a non-business individual, a business individual and a legal entity. The conclusion of the work evaluates the comparison and analysis of individual economic entities dealing with cryptocurrencies. |
