Cílem práce je ověřit, zdali hraniční určovatel lex patriae je stále nejvýznamnějším hraničním určovatelem v oblasti manželského práva. Společně s tím je předmětem této práce vytvořit ucelenou analýzu hraničních určovatelů obsažených v jednotlivých kolizních normách manželského práva.cs
