| Abstract: | Pro svou diplomovou práci jsem si zvolil oblast Mělnicka, neboť k této oblasti mám blízký vztah. V mé diplomové práci se věnuji veřejné správě v období od roku 1918 do roku 1945 z pohledu města Mělníka. V první části své práce se zaměřuji na období od vyhlášení samostatné Československé republiky, tedy od roku 1918, do roku 1938. V této části uvádím politický přehled výše uvedené doby a následně vývoj veřejné správy. Druhá část práce se věnuje období tzv. Druhé republiky a období trvání Protektorátu Čech a Moravy, tedy let 1938-1945. Tato část práce přináší jednak nástin historických událostí, ale také vývoj veřejné správy v tomto období. Třetí část práce cílím na charakteristiku veřejné správy a politického dění města Mělníka v období od roku 1918 do konce druhé světové války, tedy do roku 1945. |
| Abstract in different language: | I chose the area of Mělnicka for my diploma thesis, because I have a close relationship with this area. In my diploma thesis, I focus on public administration in the period from 1918 to 1945 from the point of view of the city of Mělník. In the first part of my work, I focus on the period from the declaration of the independent Czechoslovak Republic, i.e. from 1918 to 1938. In this part, I present a political overview of the aforementioned period and subsequently the development of public administration. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the period of the so-called Second Republic and the period of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, i.e. the years 1938-1945. This part of the work provides an outline of historical events, but also the development of public administration in this period. The third part of the thesis focuses on the characteristics of public administration and political events in the city of Mělník in the period from 1918 to the end of the Second World War, i.e. until 1945. |
