Dále se věnuje popisu nejdůležitějších událostí a střetů, ke kterým na moři před bitvou došlo. Rovněž rozebírá síly Velké Británie a Německa před bitvou a po ní. Finálně popisuje reakce obou velmocí na výsledek bitvy a jaký měla vliv na další válčení na moři.cs
