| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na diverzitu malakofauny mezi Rohoznem, Beňovy a Bezděkovem na Klatovsku. Výzkumné šetření probíhalo od března 2022 do října téhož roku. Území bylo rozděleno na šest územních celků, konkrétně Přírodní rezervace Luňáky, niva řeky Úhlavy, Novákovice, Beňovy, Pískovna a Rohozno. Teoretická část práce se zabývá charakteristikou sledovaného území zahrnující geologické vymezení, geologickou a geomorfologickou charakteristiku, klimatické poměry, flóru a faunu vymezeného území. Část praktická obsahuje přehled a charakteristiku zkoumaných lokalit, přehled a charakteristiku zjištěných druhů měkkýšů a vyhodnocení výsledků. Na celkovém počtu 31 lokalitách bylo zjištěno 37 druhů měkkýšů. Celkem bylo zjištěno 2504 jedinců. Na nejvíce lokalitách byl zjištěn druh Succinea putris. Nejpočetnějším zjištěným druhem byl druh Segmentina nitida. Nejcennějším zjištěním je přítomnost nepůvodního druhu Ferrissia fragilis, jehož výskyt je na Plzeňsku ojedinělý. Dále výskyt druhu Segmetina nitida, který dle ohrožení v ČR patří mezi zranitelné druhy (VU) a přítomnost druhu Oxyloma elegans, který je v ČR téměř ohroženým druhem (NT). |
| Abstract in different language: | The work is focused on the diversity of malacofauna between villages Rohozno, Beňovy and Bezděkov in the Klatovy region. The research survey was conducted from March to October 2022. The area was divided into six territorial units, namely the Luňáky Nature Reserve, the Úhlava River floodplain, Novákovice, Beňovy, Pískovna and Rohozno. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the characteristics of the monitored areas, including geological delineation, geological and geomorphological characteristics, climatic conditions, flora and fauna of these areas. The practical part includes the overview and characteristics of the studied sites, the overview and characteristics of the identified mollusc species and the evaluation of results. A total of 37 species of molluscs were found in 31 sites. A total of 2504 individuals were recorded. The species Succinea putris was present at most sites. The most abundant species detected was Segmentina nitida. The most valuable finding is the presence of the non-native species Ferrissia fragilis, whose occurrence is rare in the Pilsen region. Furthermore, the occurrence of the species Segmetina nitida, which according to its threat in the Czech Republic belongs to vulnerable species (VU) and the presence of the species Oxyloma elegans, which is almost endangered in the Czech Republic (NT). |
