| Abstract: | Projekt č. 18/22/PPZ „Zvyšování informovanosti neformálních pečujících o osoby s chronickým onemocněním“, který byl realizován za finanční podpory Ministerstva zdravotnictví ČR, se věnoval zvýšení informovanosti neformálních pečujících o osoby s chronickým onemocněním, a to poskytnutím edukačních podkladů a relevantních informací, které byly zaměřeny nejen na sekundární a terciární prevenci, ale také na bezpečnou péči v domácím prostředí. Konferenční příspěvek seznamuje účastníky s obsahem kurzu a výsledky evaluačních výstupů a s edukačními materiály. |
| Abstract in different language: | Project No. 18/22/PPZ " Increasing the information of informal caregivers of people with chronic diseases", which was implemented with the financial support of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, focused on increasing the awareness of informal caregivers of people with chronic diseases by providing educational materials and relevant information that focused not only on secondary and tertiary prevention, but also on safe care in the home environment. The conference paper introduces participants to the course content and evaluation outcomes and educational materials. |
