| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá jógou a jejím vlivem na celkový BPSS model zdraví člověka, také se zaměřuje na jógu skupinovou a individuální a snaží se o jejich porovnání. V teoretické části práce je uvedena historie, filozofie a směry jógy. Dále je popsáno propojení jógy a zdraví, benefity jógy a následně diferenciace jógy skupinové a individuální. V praktické části práce je zpracováno kvantitativní výzkumné šetření formou nestandardizovaného dotazníku, respondenty byli cvičenci jógy. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis looks at yoga and its impact on the overall BPSS model of human health, it also looks at group and individual yoga and attempts to compare them. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the history, philosophy and directions of yoga are presented. It also describes the link between yoga and health, benefits of yoga and then differentiation of group and individual yoga. In the practical part of the thesis, a quantitative research investigation in the form of a non-standardized questionnaire is developed, the respondents were yoga practitioners. |
