| Abstract: | V mé bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienty s trvalou antikoagulační terapií. Mým cílem je objevit oblasti, které jsou problémové ve spolupráci pacientů se zdravotnickým personálem. Také bych chtěla zjistit, jaké mají pacienti znalosti o antikoagulační léčbě, zda dodržují navržená režimová opatření, a které z těchto opatření je pro ně obtížné dodržet. |
| Abstract in different language: | In my bachelor thesis I focus on the nursing care of patients with permanent anticoagulation therapy. My aim is to discover areas of concern in the collaboration between patients and nursing staff. I would also like to find out what knowledge patients have about anticoagulation therapy, whether they follow the suggested regimen measures, and which of these measures they find difficult to follow. |
