| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o zkušenostech pacientů s glukozovými senzory. Selfmonitoring pomocí glukozového senzoru je revoluční technologie monitorace glykemie, která je již dnes důležitou součástí léčby diabetu. V teoretické části práce jsou do několika kapitol zpracovány informace o onemocnění Diabetes mellitus, selfomitoringu pacienta a jeho edukaci. V praktické části práci jsou zpracovány rozhovory se sedmi participanty. Výsledky jsou zpracovány a porovnávány v diskuzi. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jaké jsou zkušenosti pacientů s diagnózou Diabetes mellitus 1. nebo jiného typu s glukozovým senzo-rem. Všechny stanovené cíle bakalářské práce byly splněny. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the experience of patients with glucose sensors. Self-monitoring with a glucose sensor is a revolutionary technology of glucose monitoring, which is already an important part of diabetes treatment. In the theoretical part of the thesis, informa-tion about the disease Diabetes mellitus, patient self-monitoring and patient education are elaborated into several chapters. In the practical part of the thesis, interviews with seven par-ticipants are elaborated. The results are elaborated and compared in the discussion. The main aim of the bachelor thesis was to find out what are the experiences of patients with a diagno-sis of Diabetes mellitus type 1 or other type with a glucose sensor. All the stated aims of the bachelor thesis were met. |
