| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou profesionální image sestry a mapuje vývoj osoby bez zdravotnického vzdělání, v osobu reprezentující své povolání a zaměstnavatele. K prozkoumání problematiky byl vybrán kvalitativní výzkum a praktická část byla zpracována pomocí rozhovorů s všeobecnými sestrami. Provedeným výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že u sester jsou pro profesionální image nejdůležitější spolehlivost, empatie a dobré komunikační schopnosti. Zkušenosti a schopnosti pro vytvoření jejich profesionální image získaly od zkušených kolegů či mentorů v zaměstnání. Samotná osobnost sestry je důležitá pro výběr oboru a typu oddělení, kterému se bude věnovat. Překvapivým zjištěním výzkumu bylo, že všeobecné sestry nehodnotily vzhled, jako důležitý faktor pro profesionalitu. Nejdůležitější jsou schopnosti a vztahy na pracovišti. Hlavním zjištěním je tvrzení, že praxe ve zdravotnictví je pro utváření profesionální image nejdůležitější, protože studium většinu sester plně nepřipraví a po nástupu do zaměstnání musí nadále rozvíjet své schopnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the subject matter of a professional image of a nurse and further maps the development of a person without medical education into a person representing their profession and employer. Qualitative research was chosen to explore this topic, and the practical part was carried out through interviews with General Nurses. Through conducted research we found that nurses in practice hold the opinion that reliability, empathy and good communication skills are most important for a professional image. They gained the most experience and skills to create their professional image through working and from experienced colleagues or mentors. The nurse's personality itself is important for choosing the field and type of department in which she will work. Surprising discovery was the finding that general nurses did not rate appearance as an important factor for professionalism, to them, the most important aspects are skills and relationships at the workplace. The main finding is the statement that practice in healthcare is the most important for shaping a professional image, but studies do not fully prepare most nurses. Therefore, they must continue to develop their skills after entering the workforce. |
