| Abstract: | Článek popisuje jeden z dědických titulů, který je však v praxi téměř nevyužívaný, a to dědickou smlouvu. Účelem článku je ve stručnosti popsat základní charakteristiky tohoto dědického titulu, jeho výhody a nevýhody a na základě nich zodpovědět otázku, zda je tento dědický titul skutečně tak nepraktický, jak vyplývá z dosavadní praxe. |
| Abstract in different language: | The article describes one of the inheritance titles, which is almost unused in practice, namely the contract of inheritance. The purpose of the article is to briefly describe the basic characteristics of this inheritance title, its advantages and disadvantages, and on the basis of them to answer the question whether this inheritance title is really as impractical as it appears from the current practice. |
