| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of my diploma thesis is the development of technical thinking, skill and creativity with the help of building blocks in children in the 1st grade of elementary school. I focused on this topic because I lead a LEGO group at our elementary school and I like how creative the students can be. But in my diploma thesis I will use SEVA kits, as it is a kit that students will encounter at least today, and I think that the results will be very interesting. My work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, I deal with technical literacy - the development of creativity, the development of creativity, technical thinking, the suitability of building blocks for the 1st grade of elementary school and the categories of building blocks. I also outline the possibilities of using kits in our country and abroad. The practical part consists of five test tasks designed for 1st graders. I will do this at the Elementary School of Carpentry in Stará Roli.
