| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá oddlužením se zaměřením na oddlužení fyzických osob podnikatelů. Především analyzuje stěžejní oblasti v procesu oddlužení a přibližuje problematické otázky, které se jich týkají. Práce je členěna do pěti kapitol, které popisují nejdůležitější změny týkající se této problematiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work deals with debt elimination focused on debt elimination of businessmen. Primarily, it analyses principal areas in process of debt elimination and describes problematic questions, which relates to them. My work consists of five chapters, which describe the most important changes connected with this issues. |
