| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nejzávažnějších trestných činů. V první kapitole jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a přiblížen obecný výklad trestných činů. Druhá kapitola zahrnuje trestné činy z pohledu kriminalistiky a zaměření na metodiku a vyšetřování těch nejzávažnějších případů. Práce se dále zabývá kriminologickými aspekty převážně trestného činu vraždy. Předposlední kapitola je věnována především jednotlivým postupům při sestavování psychologického profilu pachatele a faktorům ovlivňující osobnost. Poslední kapitola se zabývá vybranými případy trestných činů, které se zapsaly do historie, resocializací, důsledky a důvody možného propuštění. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with the issue of the most serious crimes. In the first chapter, the basic terms are defined and the general interpretation of criminal acts is presented. The second chapter includes crimes from the perspective of criminology and a focus on the methodology and investigation of the most serious cases. The following chapter deals with the criminological aspects of mainly the crime of murder. The penultimate chapter is devoted to the field of psychology, especially to individual procedures in compiling the psychological profile of the offender. And from the point of view of sociology, factors influencing personality. The last chapter deals with selected cases of crimes that went down in history. Resocialization, consequences and reasons for possible release. |
