| Abstract: | Kvalifikační práce na téma "Stopy na místě činu a jejich trestněprávní význam" komplexně, nikoli vyčerpávajícím způsobem, analyzuje kriminalistické stopy a vše co s nimi souvisí. Poskytuje přehled o místě činu, jeho ohledání, o kriminalistických stopách, jejich vyhledávání a zajišťování. Není opomenuta ani dokumentace a názorná aplikace teoretických i praktických znalostí na smyšlený případ. Přínosem by měl být ucelený přehled pojmů a institutů z pohledu trestního práva a kriminalistiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | Qualification work on the topic "Traces at the crime scene and their criminal law significance" comprehensively, not exhaustively, analyzes criminal traces and everything related to them. It provides an overview of the crime scene, its checkup, criminal traces, their searching and securing. Documentation and practical application of theoretical and practical knowledge to a hypothetical case are included. The benefit should be a comprehensive overview of concepts and institutes from the view of criminal law and criminalistics. |
