| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje kriminalitě mládeže v České republice a v okrese Klatovy. Práce je rozdělena do deseti kapitol, ve kterých je obsažen popis kriminality mládeže jak z trestněprávního, tak i z kriminologického hlediska. Zejména obsahuje právní úpravu trestání mládeže, jejich trestní odpovědnost a opatření, která jsou jim možná uložit. Další součástí práce jsou vývojové trendy a struktura kriminality mládeže, následované příčinami a prevencí kriminality mládeže. Poslední kapitola je věnována rozboru stavu a struktury kriminality mládeže v okrese Klatovy. Cílem práce je především poskytnout strukturovaný a systematický text zaměřující se na kriminalitu mládeže. |
| Abstract in different language: | This master thesis focuses on youth crime in the Czech Republic and in the Klatovy district. The thesis is divided into ten chapters, which contain a description of youth crime from both a criminal and criminological point of view. In particular, it contains the legal regulation of punishment of youth, their criminal responsibility and measures that can be imposed on them for the unlawful atcs comitted. Another part of the thesis covers the developmental trends and structure of youth crime, followed by the causes and prevention of youth crime. The last chapter deals with youth crime in the Klatovy district. Its main aim is to find out the state and structure of youth crime in this area. The main aim of the thesis is to provide a structured and systematic text focusing on youth crime. |
