| Abstract: | Práce se v první části zabývá historickým vznikem první sokolské jednoty v roce 1862 a rozšířením sokolské myšlenky po českých zemích. Dále se věnuje původnímu znění prvních stanov Sokola a jeho vývoji do 1. světové války, přičemž sleduje zejména změny, které do stanov přinesla nová úprava spolkového práva z roku 1867. Práce si pak v následujících částech všímá pokusů o založení sjednocující sokolské organizace a vývoje vzniku sokolských žup. Nakonec popisuje založení České obce sokolské a znění jejích stanov, včetně vývoje těchto stanov do 1. světové války. |
| Abstract in different language: | The first part of the thesis deals with the historical establishment of the first Sokol unit in 1862 and the spread of the Sokol idea in the Czech lands. It then focuses on the original wording of the first statutes of the Sokol and its development up to the First World War, following in particular the changes brought to the statutes by the new regulation of the federal law of 1867. In the following sections, the thesis looks at the attempts to establish a unifying Sokol organisation and the development of Sokol counties. Finally, it describes the founding of the Czech Union Sokol and the wording of its statutes, including the development of these statutes until First World War. |
