Abstract:	Diplomová práce se věnuje ochraně majetkových práv zaměstnavatele. A to z pohledu zaměstnavatele a jeho zájmu na ochraně majetku, tak i ze strany zaměstnavatele a jeho práva na soukromí. Nedílnou součástí je také vybraná rozhodovací praxe v oblasti ochrany majetkových práv zaměstnavatele.
Abstract in different language:	The diploma thesis focuses on the protection of employer's property rights, both from the perspective of the employer and their interest in protecion of property interests, as well as from the perspective of the employee and their right to privacy. An integral part of the thesis also includes selected case law in the field of protecting employer's rights of privacy.
