| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá pěstounskou péčí ve světle aktuálně platné a účinné právní úpravy v České republice. V úvodní části se věnuje historickému vývoji pěstounské péče, následně popisuje jednotlivé typy pěstounské péče. Navazující kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na práva a povinnosti pěstouna, dohodu o výkonu pěstounské péče a dávky pěstounské péče. Závěrečná část práce je věnována zániku pěstounské péče. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis is concerned with foster care in light of currently valid and effective legal regulation in the Czech Republic. The opening part is dedicated to the historical development of foster care after which it describes the individual types of foster care. The subsequent chapters are aimed at the foster's rights and duties, the agreement on the execution of the foster's duties and foster care benefits. The final section of this thesis is dedicated to the termination of foster care. |
