| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku sester v roli neformálních pečujících. Zkoumá konflikt rolí mezi soukromým a pracovním životem všeobecných sester jako neformálních pečujících, kterému nevyhnutelně čelí. Teoretická část je věnována neformální péči, souběžné dvojí péči a konfliktu sester mezi osobním a pracovním životem. V empirické části byla zvolená metodologie kvalitativního výzkumu. Poskytuje informace o zkušenostech, pocitech a strategii zvládání konfliktu rolí participantů. V závěru kvalifikační práce bylo shrnutí zmapované problematiky všeobecných sester jako neformálních pečujících. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of nurses in the role of informal carers. It explores the role conflict between the personal and professional lives of general nurses as informal carers that they inevitably face. The theoretical part is devoted to informal caregiving, dual caregiving and the conflict between nurses' personal and professional lives. In the empirical part, a qualitative research methodology was chosen. It provides information about the experiences, feelings, and coping strategies of the participants' role conflict. At the end of the qualification thesis was a summary of the mapped issues of general nurses as informal carers. |
