| Abstract: | Problematika sexuálního obtěžování je všeobecně obtížná definovat a prokázat, proto je téma sexuálního obtěžování pro společnost veliké tabu. Oběti sexuálního obtěžo-vání často o svých zkušenostech nemluví, protože se bojí, nebo jim to není příjemné. Pro-to se může zdát, že jsou případy sexuálního obtěžování ojedinělé a nepříliš časté. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definici sexuálního obtěžování, feminismus a emancipaci. V obsahu teoretické části jsou také zmíněny genderové role, hnutí #Metoo, či například Istanbulská úmluva. Hlavním cílem výzkumu této bakalářské práce je zjistit zkušenost vybraných vše-obecných sester se sexuálním obtěžováním na pracovišti. Realizace výzkumného šetření proběhla formou kvalitativního výzkumu. Sběr dat byl realizován pomocí polostrukturo-vaného rozhovoru a pro zpracování obsahu byly údaje řazeny do příslušných kategorií a podkategorií. Výběr participantů byl záměrný. |
| Abstract in different language: | The issue of sexual harassment is generally difficult to define and prove, which is why the topic of sexual harassment is a big taboo for society. Victims of sexual ha-rassment often do not talk about their experiences because they are afraid or uncomforta-ble. Because of this, it may seem that cases of sexual harassment are isolated and not very common. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of sexual harassment and femi-nism, emancipation. The content of the theoretical part also mentions gender roles, the #Metoo movement or, for example, the Istanbul Convention. The main research objective of this bachelor's thesis is to find out the experience of selected general nurses with sexual harassment in the workplace. The implementation of the research investigation took place in the form of qualitative research. Data collecti-on was carried out using a semi-structured interview, and for content processing, the data were sorted into relevant categories and subcategories. The selection of participants was deliberate. |
