| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou zbraní a střeliva v držení civilních osob. Práce se postupně zabývá jak teoretickými otázkami, tak praktickou aplikací platné úpravy. Poté jsou vyhledány problematická místa, tedy taková, s kterými současná úprava buď nepočítá vůbec, nebo je upravuje z pohledu autora špatně či nedostatečně. Z těchto zjištěných nedostatků platné úpravy, pak vychází část, ve které jsou navrhnuty úpravy, které by zlepšili současný stav dané oblasti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with themes of weapons and ammunition in the possession of civilians. The work is gradually dealing with both theoretical issues and practical applications applicable modifications. Once problem areas are resolved, namely those which the current regulation does not either at all or is regulated in terms of the author wrong or insufficient. For these shortcomings force adjustment, then comes the part where modifications are designed to improve the current state of the field. |
