| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na studium fenotypově plasticity zelené řasy Desmosmodesmus communis. Plasticita byla sledována při změně abiotických faktorů v prostředí ? množství dostupných živin, teplota, pH. V průběhu kultivace byla studována změna rozměrů buněk, cenobií a ostnů a variabilita fenotypového projevu. Zaznamenané změny morfologie a fenotypu byly srovnávány s D. communis pěstovaným za laboratorních podmínek. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused on the study of phenotypic plasticity of the green alga Desmosmodesmus communis. The plasticity was observed when changing abiotic factors during cultivation ? the amount of available nutrients, temperature, pH. Changes in dimensions of cell, cenobia and spines and phenotypic variability were studied. The recorded changes in morphology and phenotype were compared with the culture of D. communis cultivated under the laboratory conditions. |
