| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou neodkladné resuscitace dle aktuálně platných Guidelines 2010. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je zaměřena zejména na kontexty neodkladné resuscitace a základní neodkladnou resuscitaci. Podrobněji je popsána rozšířená neodkladná resuscitace. V závěru teoretické části jsou přiblíženy etické a právní problémy neodkladné resuscitace a popsána edukace laiků i zdravotnických pracovníků v dané problematice. V praktické části je zpracováno dotazníkové šetření, které probíhalo ve 2 nemocničních zařízeních zřizovaných Plzeňským krajem a dále pak ve Fakultní nemocnici Plzeň. Výsledky jsou zpracovány do tabulek, znázorněny graficky a doplněny odpovídajícím komentářem. Získaná data poukazují na znalosti všeobecných sester v neodkladné resuscitaci a na problematiku edukce v tomto směru. Závěr praktické části zahrnuje diskusi, porovnání výsledků šetření s ostatními souvisejícími a dostupnými výzkumy k problematice neodkladné resuscitace a zejména pak doporučení pro praxi. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with resuscitation according to the current 2010 Guidelines. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on the contexts of emergency resuscitation and basic life support. Widespread advanced life support is described in detail. The end of the theoretical section analyzes the ethical and legal problems of resuscitation and describes education of laymen as wel as health workers in the field. The practical part contains a survey, which was conducted in two hospitals run by the Pilsen Region and then University Hospital in Pilsen. The results are shown in tables, typified graphically with added appropriate commentary. The data obtained depict the issue of education in this area. The conclusion of the practical part includes a discussion comparing the survey results with other relevant and available research on the issue of resuscitation and particularly the recommendations for practice. |
