| Abstract: | Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám procesem rozhodování žen o narození dítěte s vrozenou vývojovou vadou. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části popisuji metody prenatální diagnostiky, vady, které se pomocí prenatálního vyšetření zjišťují. Teoretická část je také zaměřená na proces rozhodování a jeho charakteristiky, na faktory ovlivňující rozhodování, na pozitivní zisk rodičů dětí s mentálním postižením a v jejím závěru je popsaná úloha porodní asistentky a lékařského personálu v dané situaci. Praktická část obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum zaměřený na analýzu prožitků žen při diagnostikované vadě. Dále je zaměřena na analýzu procesu rozhodování a identifikaci potřeb žen v dané situaci. Také se zabývám identifikací podpůrné rodiny a partnera. V závěru práce jsem navrhla opatření pro praxi. |
| Abstract in different language: | In my thesis I deal with a process of women's decisions about giving the birth of a child with congenital anomalies. The work is divided into two sections, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the methods of prenatal diagnosis detected by the prenatal tests. The theoretical part is also focused on the process of making a decision and its characteristics, the factors influencing the decision, the positive earnings of parents of children with mental disabilities, conclusion describes the role of midwives and medical staff in a specific situation. The practical part includes a qualitative research focused on the analysis of the experiences of women who´s been diagnosed with a birth defects in the baby. Then It´s focused on the analysis of the process of making the decisions and the identification of women´s needs in a specific situation. Then I follow up the support of family and partner and at the end of the Thesis I´ve made a suggestion into a practise. |
