| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči o klientku s karcinomem štítné žlázy. Zabývá se problematikou ošetřovatelských diagnóz a péčí o klienty s maligním onemocněním. Teoretická část práce obsahuje anatomii štítné žlázy a příštítných žláz, diagnostiku onemocnění, jeho symptomy, etiologii, terapii a následnou péči. Zaměřila jsem se především na ošetřovatelskou péči v předoperační a pooperační fázi. Praktická část bakalářské práce zahrnuje kazuistiku dvou pacientek, které musely podstoupit radikální chirurgickou operaci, zvanou totální tyroidektomie. Ošetřovatelský model jsem zvolila u obou pacientek podle Marjory Gordonové. Hlavním bodem práce bylo rozpracování ošetřovatelských diagnóz, které se vztahovaly na předoperační a pooperační ošetřovatelskou péči. Edukační plány jsem směřovala na pooperační režim a hygienu jizvy v domácím prostředí.? |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on nursing care of the client with thyroid cancer. It deals with dilemma of nursing diagnoses and the care of clients with malignant disease. Theoretical part of this thesis contains anatomy of the thyroid and parathyroids, diagnosis of disease, its symptoms, aetiology, treatment and aftercare. I have focused on nursing care in pre and post-operative phase. Practical part contains the casuistry of two clients, which had to undergo radical surgery, called thyroidectomy. I've chosen the same nursing care for both clients ? by Marjory Gordon. The main point of this thesis was to develop nursing diagnosis for both pre and post-operative nursing care. I've addressed educational plans to post-operative mode and hygiene of the scar in a home environment. |
