| Abstract: | Ve své práci se věnuji problematice chronické obstrukční plicní nemoci (CHOPN). Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části je stručně popsána anatomie a fyziologie dýchacích cest a více podrobně se zde zmiňuji o diagnostice, rizikových faktorech a léčbě CHOPN. Dále ošetřovatelské péči o nemocného a s ní spojenou prevencí a edukací pacientů s CHOPN. V další kapitole je popsán termín kvalita života a její souvislost s nemocí. Výzkumná část obsahuje popis výzkumného vzorku a výzkumné šetření. Výsledkem jsou grafy seřazené podle otázek v dotaznících na kvalitu života. |
| Abstract in different language: | In my bachelor thesis deals with the problem of chronic obstructive pulmonary dinase (COPD). The work is dividend into theoretical and research section. In the theoretical section describes the anatomy and fysiology of the respirátory tract and more detail here alludes to the diagnosis, risk factors and treatment COPD. Further nursing care of the patient and related prevention and education of patiens with COPD. The next charter is defined by the term quality of life and its relationship to dinase. Research section contains a description of the research investigation. Results are sorted by graphs of questions in questionnaires on quality of life. |
