| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči o jednotlivé typy cévních přístupů pro hemodialýzu, zejména na prevenci vzniku komplikací. V práci je sledováno dodržování stanovených pracovních postupů ošetřovatelské péče o cévní přístupy ze strany sester, zejména při manipulaci s centrálními žilními katétry. Zaměřuje se na edukaci pacientů v péči o cévní přístup a zdůrazňuje důležitost a nezbytnost dokumentace k cévnímu přístupu. V závěru práce jsou navrženy edukační letáky pro pacienty při ošetřování cévního přístupu a návrh karty cévního přístupu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focused on the nursing care for the individual types of vascular accesses for hemodialysis, especially the prevention of complications. The part is monitored compliance with the operating procedures of nursing care for vascular accesses by nurses, especially in the handling of central venous catheters. It focuses on the education of patients in the care of vascular access and emphasizes the importance and necessity documentation to vascular access. At the end of thesis is suggested educational leaflets for patients in the treatment of vascular access and vascular access card proposal. |
