| Abstract: | Souhrn: V teoretické části práce se zabývám historií ošetřovatelství, vzděláváním sester, ošetřovatelským, procesem a jeho částmi, koncepčními modely, hodnocením kvality péče a interpersonálními vztahy. Pro praktickou část jsem zvolila kvantitativní výzkum, formou dotazníkové metody, které byly rozdány všem sestrám bez ohledu na nejvyšší možné vzdělání a na věkovou hranici. |
| Abstract in different language: | Summary: I pursue the history of nursing care, education of nurses, nursing care and its parts, conceptual models, evaluation of care quality and interpersonal relations in the theoretical part of the thesis. I have chosen quantitative research done by questionares, which were given to all nurses regardless of education and age, for my practical part. |
