| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce je význam supervize v sociálních službách. Teoretická část pojednává o vymezení supervize, supervizním procesu a supervizi v organizaci. Cílem výzkumné části je zjistit, jaký význam má supervize v sociálních službách. Dílčími cíli jsou zjištění, za jakým účelem je supervize využívána, jakým způsobem probíhá a jaké má dopady. Ve výzkumné části byla využita kvalitativní výzkumná strategie. Pro získání dat a informací byla zvolena metoda kvalitativního dotazování pomocí strukturovaných rozhovorů s otevřenými otázkami. Ze získaných dat byly vytvořeny tři oblasti: první oblast se týká vymezení a účelu supervize, druhá je věnována průběhu supervize a třetí pojednává o dopadech supervize. Tyto oblasti přinášejí odpovědi na dílčí výzkumné cíle, a jejich shrnutím tak bylo možné naplnit hlavní cíl výzkumu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The proposed thesis focuses on the significance of supervision in social services. The theoretical part includes the definition of supervision, supervision process and supervision in an organisation. The main goal of the research part is to evaluate the significance of supervision in social services. Partial goals are to determine why the supervision is used, in which manner it is performed, and what are its impacts. The qualitative research strategy was used. Data and information were acquired using qualitative questioning method based on structured interviews with open questions. Acquired data was separated into three research areas: first area refers to the definition and purpose of supervision, second area is devoted to the course of the supervision process and the third one addresses its impacts. These areas give answers to the appointed partial research goals, respectively, and their summarization made it possible to fulfil the main research goal. |
