| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce, která se zabývá metodami trénováním sjezdového lyžování dětí. V teoretické části bakalářské práce bude popsána nejmladší kategorie závodníků přípravka, kde se dozvíme o charakteru věku dětí z psychologické a vývojové stránky. Dále co je to technika a biomechanika sjezdového lyžování, metodika, disciplína obří slalom a také něco a výbavě a výstroji pro závodníka. V praktické části bude napsáno, co vše obnáší trénink na sněhu. Součástí budou cviky na zdokonalení a odstranění chyb v lyžování. A zmínka o závodech. Cílem této práce, je sepsat metody a poté použití metod v praxi na mé tréninkové skupině dětí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Bachelor´s thesis deals with the methods of the downhill skiing training for children. In the theoretic part is described the preschool - the youngest category of skiers. Here we get to know about the age of the children in the terms of psychology and progress. Later we learn about the technics and biomechanics of the downhill skiing, the methods, the Super-G discipline, and also something about the equipment of the skier. In the practice part we hear about training in the snow. Big part of the thesis are improvement exercises for ski perfection and for the mistakes elimination. We will touch the race. The goal of this thesis is to put together the methods and then its application in the practice on my own group of children I train. |
