| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh a použití nástrojů projektového controllingu ve vybrané firmě. Za tímto účelem byla provedena analýza současného stavu řízení projektových nákladů, a poté byly navrženy nákladové modely, které alokují komplexní režijní náklady na projekty. Modely byly otestovány na vybraných firemních projektech a na základě výsledků byl firmě doporučen vhodný nákladový model. Dílčí úlohou práce byl návrh rozdělení odměn pro střediska a jejich klíčové osoby. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this thesis is to propose and use project controlling tools in the chosen company. For this purpose there was executed an analysis of current situation of managing project costs and after that, there were suggested cost models which allocate all overhead costs on projects. The models were tested on company projects and based on the results there was recommended the most appropriate model to the company. The partial task of the thesis was to suggest how could be divided the yearly remuneration to the company units and their key employees. |
