| Abstract in different language: | The thesis disserts on the arbitration procedure and its relation to the civil proceedings. The main analysis pursues the relation between the arbitration procedure and the general courts trials, specifically the role of the general courts in the arbitration procedure, designation and exclusion of the adjudicator by the court and the option of issuing the precaution by the court. Separately, the thesis deals with the acknowledgment and the enforcement of the arbitraments issued by foreign countries. |
