Abstract:	Bakalářská práce pojednává o historii plzeňského řeznického cechu ve spojení s významnými událostmi v Plzni. Současně také o privilegiích získaných od českých králů, cechovních artikulích a samotném hmotném odkazu cechu. Dále zaznamenává geografické rozmístění řezníků a jejich aktivní účast ve vedení města. Součástí práce jsou i obecné informace o přijímání do cechů.
Abstract in different language:	This bachelor thesis discusses the history of butcher's guild of Plzeň in connection with historical events in Plzeň and at the same time deals with the privileges acquired from Czech kings; with the guild artikuly, and with its tangible heritage. Furthermore, it documents locations of butchers and their participation in the town council. Part of the thesis presents general information about guild admission process.
