| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je proces vzniku konkrétní společnosti s ručením omezeným, zabývající se vydavatelskou a marketingovou činností. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretické vysvětlení základních pojmů, jako jsou například podnikání, podnik či obchodní firma. V druhé a třetí části jsou pak vysvětleny jednotlivé právní formy podnikání a specifikace vybrané právní formy podnikání pro nově vznikající společnost. Čtvrtá část je zaměřená na teoretické popsání podnikatelského plánu, jeho účel, strukturu či zásady. Nejobsáhlejší část práce se zabývá samotným zakladatelským projektem nově vznikající společnosti. V této části jsou popsány jednotlivé kroky vedoucí ke vzniku společnosti, základní údaje o společnosti, organizační struktura, analýza trhu, marketingový plán a finanční plán společnosti. Ke konci práce je uvedena SWOT analýza společnosti a předpokládaný budoucí vývoj nově vznikající společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis is the process of a specific limited liability company engaged in the publishing and marketing activities. The first part focuses on the theoretical explanation of basic concepts, such as entrepreneurship, company or business name. In the second and third part there are explained the types of legal forms of business and specifications of selected legal form of the newly formed company. The fourth part is devoted to the theoretical description of the business plan, its purpose, structure and principles. The main part of the work is concentrated on the business plan of the newly formed company. This section describes the different steps leading to the establishment of the company, basic information about the company, organizational structure, market analysis, marketing plan and financial plan. In the end of the thesis is given SWOT analysis of the company and the expected future development of the newly formed company. |
