| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o řízení výroby ve firmě PULS Investiční, s.r.o. Cílem této bakalářské práce je teoretické popsání řízení výroby a následně praktické popsání řízení výroby. Dalším cílem je popsání a ekonomické zhodnocení firmy a vyřešení úkolu, který byl zadán konzultantem ve firmě. Tato práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. V první části je popsána firma a následně je provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení. V druhé části se práce zabývá vymezením výroby a řízení výroby. V této části jsou popsány fáze výrobního procesu, řídící okruhy, typy výroby, cíle výroby, výrobní cyklus a takt výroby. V následující části je popsáno plánování a řízení výroby, koncepty řízení výroby a moderní přístupy k řízení výroby. V rámci této teorie se zároveň popisuje řízení výroby ve firmě PULS Investiční, s.r.o. Tyto poznatky dopomohly vyřešit úkol zadaný konzultantem snížit dobu trvání dodání materiálu na výrobní linku. V závěru práce jsou popsány návrhy opatření na zadaný úkol a je provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with Production Control in the company PULS Investiční, s.r.o. The initial goal of this bachelor thesis is to address both the theoretical and practical descriptions of production control. The next goal is to describe the company and its economic situation, and to solve the task which is based on the requirements of the company supervisor. This bachelor thesis is consists of four parts. In the first part description is provided as well as an economic evaluation was performed. The second part the thesis defines production and production control. Here the phases of production process, managing sectors, types of production and targets and the production cycle are explained. In the third part production planning and control, concepts of production control and the modern attitude to that control are described. Understanding this will help to solve the task which is based on the requirements of the company supervisor, i.e. to reduce the time to supply material to the production line. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis out improvement proposals for the task and an economic evaluation. |
